COVID-19 update from West One Student Accommodation
24/03/2020: An update from the management team at West One Student Accommodation on the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation
In support of the most recent instructions from the UK Government to stay at home, we are appealing to our tenants to all act responsibly during an extremely difficult time and in extremely testing circumstances.
Facilities for shared use within our properties, such as gym areas, cinema rooms, joint working and social areas should not be used under any circumstances. Shared laundrettes should only be used where essential, while following vital government guidelines on social distancing.
In addition, all of our lettings offices are now closed to the public. We had already made provisions for most of our teams to work from home or by office isolation with slightly limited hours, therefore we are confident that the disruption to the service we offer to keep you safe and comfortable in your accommodation will be minimal.
Any limitations will be in place to maintain the safety of you, our tenants, as well as that of staff and the wider public.
