We have been busy implementing an entirely new safe working practice for the crucial changeover period, following the Government announcement last month that people can now move home in England.
All of our properties are being deep cleaned, with a three-day ‘fallow’ period being put in place between current tenants moving out, and new tenants moving in. All check-ins will also have been carried out prior to each new tenant moving in.
Key collection is strictly by appointment only and in 10-minute intervals, with only one person permitted in our offices at any one time.
All paperwork and documents where possible will be emailed across to new tenants ahead of changeover to reduce any risk to our tenants and staff and enable a quick key collection.
