COVID-19 update from West One Student Accommodation
We would like to assure all our tenants that as we continue to monitor and react to the ever-changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19.
As such, we have implemented the following working procedure to keep both our staff and you, our tenants safe and to try & minimise the risk of infection.
We have closed our Whitham Road Office and our Ecclesall Road office and implemented a staff rotation system in our other offices, to ensure that should any of our employees be affected by the virus we will always be able to service your needs.
If your property is managed by either of these offices, please continue to phone/email as usual and your query will still be dealt with.
All staff will now be working on a rotational basis remotely from home or in the office:

We do however request that you do NOT call into the offices unless it is an emergency but phone or email in the first instance.
Please note to ensure that our teams do not cross over we will NOT be opening Saturdays until further notice. We will not be carrying out any viewings on “occupied” apartments until further notice.
If you have a repair in your property please report it as you would normally, subject to confirmation that there is no risk of infection we will attend as usual. For any properties self-isolating we will only attend emergency repairs, with general maintenance waiting till you have confirmed you are no longer in self-isolation, in the interest of the wider general public.

We also continue to stress it is imperative you contact us by email or phone to advise us if you and your housemates are self-isolating, so we can give you specific instructions in helping to ensure that the virus is contained.
